For some families, holidaying at Torrumbarry Weir Holiday Park once or twice a year just isn’t enough. If you’ve found yourself wishing you could come back whenever the mood strikes, without the booking dance, an annual site might be exactly what you’re after.
Your own holiday spot, ready when you are
No booking forms, no waitlists. Your van or cabin stays on your site, ready for weekends, school holidays and long weekends away.
One invoice for the year
Site fees are invoiced in early June for the financial year ahead. Pay the lot up front before 1 July, or spread it across the year by monthly direct debit.
Family and friends welcome
Your family and friends can use your site even when you’re not here, free of charge. You stay responsible for the site and for how your guests behave.
Make it yours
Set your van or cabin up the way you like it. For any work on the site itself, email us what you have in mind and we’ll come back to you with written approval.
A second community
You’ll see the same faces through the year and get to enjoy the park and its shared facilities like a regular.
Selling made simple
If you decide to sell your van or cabin, we meet and approve the buyer, and any unused time on your agreement is credited to them.
Good to know before you buy
- Your site is for holidays only. It can’t be your main home, and it can’t be used to run a business.
- Your site can’t be rented out, sublet or listed on Airbnb, Booking.com or similar, and you can’t charge anyone to stay on it.
- You can stay up to 120 nights a year, and no more than 28 nights in a row.
- Your agreement runs for the dates on your invoice and doesn’t renew automatically. There are no pro-rata refunds if it ends early, including when you sell.
- When you sell, the buyer pays a $1,200 transfer fee and signs a new agreement with us before they can use the site.
- Plumbing and electrical work must be done by a licensed tradesperson. Power heads are rated to 15 amps, and EV charging isn’t permitted in the park.
Every annual site comes with our Long Term Site Agreement. Ask us for a copy and we’ll happily talk it through.
